Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice has been prepared by us in our capacity as data controller, pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), in relation to the personal data processed within the scope of the hmsspa.com website and the HMS Spa services.

1. Personal data processed

Through the contact and demo request forms on our website we process your first and last name, email address, phone number and business name.

2. Purposes of processing

• Carrying out the demo, trial account and quotation processes you have requested,
• Answering your questions and handling support requests,
• Managing contractual processes and the service relationship,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred only to the hosting and communications infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and, where legally required, to the competent public authorities. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Retention period

Form data is retained for a reasonable period after your request has been resolved; where a contractual relationship is established, it is retained for the periods set out in the applicable legislation.

5. Your rights
