Email settings
On the email tab of the settings screen the business’s sender details are defined; messages the system sends go out according to those settings.
Integrations
This page describes the connections the software actually makes today: which devices it works with, how your data gets in and out, and which channels it uses.
On sales pages the word “integration” usually turns into a contest over list length. What we describe here is narrower and more concrete: the connections that are visible in the panel today and that you can open and use. If a connection is written on this page, that connection is inside the product.
That is why the page has two layers. The capabilities below — email and SMS settings, barcode scanning, receipt printing, card payments, Excel and PDF export, data migration, mobile apps — are part of the product itself and exist in every account. The second layer is named third-party services: which payment, accounting or messaging provider is used. We do not name an unverified brand on the site; that section only appears once services we genuinely work with are entered.
If a connection you expected is not on the list, that does not mean it is impossible — only that it is not ready today. Write to us with what you need and we can both point you to a route and note the request in the development queue.
Connections that work today
All of them are visible in the panel and open on every plan.
On the email tab of the settings screen the business’s sender details are defined; messages the system sends go out according to those settings.
Next to email there is a separate SMS tab; the settings needed for sending messages are entered there.
On the store screen a product barcode is scanned into the basket. In the mobile app the phone’s camera acts as the scanner.
The receipt of a closed check is printed; because closed checks are listed, a receipt can be reprinted whenever needed.
A sale or a check closes with cash or card selected; payment can also be taken from the appointment and package rows.
The appointment list, the finance tables and every report export to Excel and PDF.
Your existing client list and open package balances are imported free of charge during the move; you do not retype records.
The mobile apps use the same account and the same data as the web panel; nothing is re-entered between the two surfaces.
Only services we genuinely work with are listed below.
Not on the list?
If you do not see a payment, accounting or messaging service you use on this list, write to us. In most cases moving your data through Excel is enough; where it is not, we note the request in the development queue and tell you how we can proceed.
Frequently asked
The store screen supports scanning; if you already have a scanner you can use it. In the mobile app no separate device is needed — the phone’s camera works as the scanner.
Yes. The appointment list, the finance tables and every report export to Excel and PDF; your data is not locked inside the panel.
A client list and open package balances you can export to Excel are imported by us, free of charge, during the switch. You send the file and we load it.
For prepayment on online bookings we work with these providers: iyzico, PayTR, Stripe, PayPal, Checkout.com. The payment goes straight to your business’s own account; you set up the provider and your account details on the Payment tab of the Settings screen.
Today reports export to Excel and PDF, and the accounting side is fed from those files. If you need a direct connection, write to us and we will note the request.
Yes. The iOS and Android apps open with the same account as the web panel and show the same data; a record entered in one appears in the other.
During the 14-day free trial you can test the connections with your own devices and your own data.
The most important connection a piece of software makes with the outside world is often not a brand name but whether your data can get in and get out. If those two directions are closed, a long integration list is worth nothing; if they are open, there is a way to work even with a service that is not on the list.
The way out is open. The appointment list, the finance tables and every report export to Excel and PDF. To send your accountant a monthly statement, examine a period in another program or keep your own archive, you need nobody’s permission and no request ticket.
The way in is open too, and free during the move. You send us your client list and open package balances as Excel, and we do the loading. What delays a change of software most on the floor is the fear of “we will have to type every record again”; this step exists precisely to remove it.
There is a leaving side to this as well, and we write that down too: if you decide to leave HMS Spa, you get a complete dump of your data. Holding data hostage is not a way to keep a customer, only a way to make the parting ugly.
None of the connections described on this page carries an extra charge. Email and SMS settings, barcode scanning, receipt printing and export are open on every plan; we do not sell a separate “integration module” line.
One last thing should be said: this page also writes down what is not there today. Automatic reminders sent to clients before their appointment are not in the product; setting your expectations while knowing this is better than a disappointment after setup. Clients can, however, book their own appointments online: every branch has its own online booking page.
The information on this page describes the current version of the product. We do not present a feature that does not exist, and we do not print a figure whose basis we cannot state; if something here is out of date, write to us and we will correct it. The free trial is fourteen days and no credit card is required. We reply to written requests within the same working day. Plan scope and current fees are on the pricing page, and the binding form of our commitments on personal data is in the data protection notice.
Migration
From the program you use, get your client list and open package balances out as Excel. If the program cannot export, a book or a list you keep by hand will do; we sort out the format together.
You send the file through one of the contact channels. We do not try to guess what a column means; if a field is unclear, we ask about it in a single question.
We do the import, then open a few records together and check them. Seeing that open package balances came across correctly matters most: they carry an obligation that has been paid for.
After the client data, your service list, durations and prices are entered. If you have a price list, we enter that too.
Some businesses want to run both systems together for the first week. We are not against it — but usually, three or four days in, they notice nobody has gone back to the old book and it stops on its own.
When you part from your old software, we suggest taking the data that stays there as well; having your own archive helps later. We can tell you which statements to take.
In a single-branch business, setup and import are usually finished within the same working day. With a large client list or several branches it can take another day; we tell you the timing up front.
The old program’s own internal records, its software-specific settings and some free-text note fields do not come across. Client identity details, contact details and open package balances do; we tell you in writing which fields will arrive before the import.
