What is HMS Spa?

HMS Spa is a browser-based business management system built for massage studios, hammams, beauty centres and hotel spas. The appointment calendar, customer cards, package sales, open tabs and cash register, product sales with stock, staff accounts and reports all live in one panel. Every record is entered once: the appointment opened at reception flows into the tab, the tab into the register, the register into the reports. Reception, therapists and the owner see the same data, each as far as their permissions allow.
No installation or server is needed. Once your account is open you sign in at app.hmsspa.com from a computer, tablet or phone; the iOS and Android apps use the same account. Your data travels over an encrypted connection, is backed up daily and is hosted in Türkiye in line with Turkish data-protection law (KVKK). Your customer list and open package balances from Excel are migrated free of charge.
The interface is available in 20 languages; date, time zone and currency are set per business. A single-location boutique studio and a chain running several branches from one account use the same system. Plans differ only in the number of branches, the number of users and the support level; every feature of the software is included in every plan.
The software is updated continuously; new features arrive in every plan at no extra cost. When you refresh the browser you are on the latest version; there is no installing or updating computers one by one. The support team is with you at every step, from setup to data migration: e-mail support in every plan, priority phone support in the Professional and Enterprise plans.
The iOS and Android app is designed for the team beyond reception: the therapist sees the day's appointments on their phone, the owner follows the register and the reports from outside, and a product sale is completed by scanning the barcode with the phone camera. Same account and same data as the web panel; nothing is re-entered between the two surfaces.

Fill in the form and we open your 14-day trial account within the same business day. No credit card is required and there is nothing to install on your computer.
Define your services and team
You enter your service list, prices and staff accounts together with our team. Your customer list and open package balances from Excel are migrated free of charge; your business keeps running in the meantime.
Take the first appointment
Reception opens the appointment from the calendar and closes the tab when the session ends; the register, package balance and reports update on their own. In the evening you see the day's income, expenses and net on your phone.
At the end of the trial you continue by choosing a plan if you wish; if not, your data is kept for 30 days and handed over on request. There is no extra charge for account setup, service list definition or data migration; every feature is open during the trial.

Do I need technical knowledge to get started?
No. HMS Spa is cloud-based, so there is no server or software to install. Once your account is created you simply log in at app.hmsspa.com from your browser. Our team sets up your treatment list and staff records together with you during onboarding.
Can I migrate my existing client and package records?
Yes. We import your client list from Excel or another program, along with any open package balances, free of charge. Your business keeps running without interruption during the migration.
Is my data safe?
Your data travels over an encrypted connection (SSL), is backed up daily, and is hosted in Türkiye in line with KVKK requirements. You can request a full export of your data at any time.
Is there a lock-in period? Can I cancel whenever I want?
Monthly plans have no lock-in; you can cancel at the end of any month. Annual plans include 2 months free, and you are notified before any automatic renewal.
Can I use it on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The dashboard works the same way in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. From the desktop at reception or your phone while you are out — the same data either way.
